Work dies in the handoffs between inbox, spreadsheets, chat and your SaaS tools. We find where, and what to fix first.
Runway Fuel works for ops leads and executives in mid-market DACH/EU organizations running on three or more SaaS tools. Paid start: the Runway Fuel Diagnostic, €295, delivered in 3 business days as a Constraint Map + 30-day execution stack. Free start: the Constraint Scan, six questions and a written readout by email.
What you receive
Three fixed-price engagements. Each ends in a named written artifact.
No licence, no subscription, no login. You pay once, send a brief, and receive a document your team can act on. Not sure which one fits? The free Constraint Scan recommends one.
You receive: Constraint Map + 30-day execution stack
You receive: System map + integration list + 90-day sequence + risk register
You receive: Paid start of implementation (activation, not a standalone product)
Where work dies
Five handoff failures the Diagnostic maps and ranks.
These are the failure modes we look for in your intake brief. The Constraint Map shows which of them costs your team most, and the 30-day execution stack says what to fix first. Each one has its own page with three checks you can run for free.
Inbox as the task tracker
Requests arrive by email and live in one person's inbox. Nobody else can see their status, and work stops when that person is out.
Spreadsheet as the system of record
The sheet is the truth until two copies disagree, and every update means re-keying the same data into another tool.
Decisions stuck in chat
Approvals and changes are agreed in a chat thread and never reach the tool that is supposed to execute them.
SaaS tools that do not talk
Three or more tools each hold part of the same job. People copy data between them by hand, and errors surface late.
Handoffs without an owner
Work crosses from one team to the next with no named owner or deadline, so it waits until someone chases it.
Who reads the artifact
One deliverable, written for the people who have to act on it.
Each deliverable is read by more than one person: the ops lead who ranks the fixes, the executive who approves the spend, the team that stops re-keying data, and whoever builds the integrations.
What they get
A ranked list of what to fix first
The Constraint Map shows where requests stall between inbox, spreadsheets, chat and SaaS tools, ranked by cost, so the team stops debating which problem to tackle.
- Ranked handoff failures
- 30-day fix order
- An owner per fix
After delivery
What you can do on day one with the artifact in hand.
Fix the right handoff first
Start with the handoff the Constraint Map ranks first, not with the loudest complaint.
Assign owners
Every item in the 30-day execution stack names an owner role, a tool, a first action and a definition of done.
Brief a builder
The Blueprint's integration list and 90-day sequence can be quoted and built by your team or a partner.
Decide the next step at a known price
Every next engagement has a published EUR price and delivery time before you commit to it.
Scope
Fixed scope, fixed price, and no software to adopt.
You buy a written deliverable with a delivery date. Nothing here requires a new login, a subscription or a platform migration before you see results on paper.
A named artifact and a date
A written deliverable per engagement, delivery counted in business days from payment, and a private order page with your brief, status and deliverable.
No licences, retainers or invented proof
No software licence, no subscription, no retainer, no public chatbot. We do not publish client names or claim results we cannot show.
Price fixed by the server and shown before you pay.
Every engagement ends in a named written artifact.
Delivery counted in business days from payment.
Refunds follow the published refund policy.
Questions buyers ask
What you get, how fast, and how payment works.
What do I receive if I pay €295?
You receive the Runway Fuel Diagnostic: a Constraint Map showing how work moves between your inbox, spreadsheets, chat and SaaS tools, with each failing handoff marked and ranked, plus a 30-day execution stack that orders the first fixes by owner, tool and next action. Both arrive as a written document linked from your delivery email and your private order page.
How fast is delivery?
The Diagnostic is delivered within 3 business days, counted from the moment Stripe confirms your payment. Business days are Monday to Friday. The work depends on your intake brief, so submit it right after checkout; a brief that arrives late can move the delivery date, as described in the fulfillment policy.
What happens after Stripe payment?
Stripe confirms the payment to our server, which records your order and emails you a confirmation with a private order link. On that page you submit a short intake brief covering background, goals, tools in use and constraints. We work from that brief and email the finished artifact, which also appears on your order page.
Do I choose my own price?
No. The price is fixed and owned by the server. Your browser sends only the engagement code plus your name, organization and email. The server maps that code to a fixed Stripe price, and any request that tries to send an amount, currency or price ID is rejected before checkout opens. The amount shown at Stripe Checkout is the fixed price of that engagement.
Is this a SaaS login?
No. Runway Fuel does not sell software access or a subscription. The Diagnostic is a one-time paid engagement that ends in a named artifact, the Constraint Map and 30-day execution stack, and you keep the document. If you later want the build planned or started, the Execution Blueprint or the Implementation Deposit is the next step.
